I need a trading robot to trade boom and crash

I need a trading robot to trade boom and crash but I don't know the MQL4 language My needs are as follows:                                                                                    1. The robot should open and close the position on each red candle within about 40 seconds for 1000 and 500 boom boxes.                                                                            2. It must be able to detect the color of the new candle before taking a position and this must be taken 10 seconds after the display of the new candle.                    3. If it detects that the spark plug is not red for the case of the arrow, it does not take a position.                           For the 1000 and 500 crash it is the reverse, the candle must be blue.
