Attachment of robot scope document below, please provide quotation for Robot build. I can be contacted via the details listed in the scope document. 

The EA essentially is a buy/sell hedging EA using Martingale and a set recovery zone between buy and sell stop orders, The initial entry occurs after a breakout from the bollinger bands occurs in the direction of the main trend, the trend filter used will be the 200 period EMA. rules are detailed further in the scope document attached.
