Create EA, which scan all major pairs for Turbo trade entry.

Looking for experienced programer to make this easy EA. Probably is risky, but if I dont try it, I dont know if its good or not :). Create EA, which constantly scan all major pairs for quick trade entry (selectable according to spread-lower is better, and volatility-higher is better). When price rapidly rise or fall about a given value and is going - ( something like 5 pips-need tuning), EA instantly jump in trade buy or sell with specified amount-(0,01 lot +) in same direction as market, and he constantly monitor price. If price still quickly going up or down for 3-5 second, timer reset to folow trend for maximal profit. If price stop moving in chosen direction for 3-5 second, EA close only profitable trade, if not, there is stop loss next to entry price. Timer count only if trade is in profit. Stop loss is set at the top of entry price or is trailing, or exactly to break even after price move in profit. Because movement is quick, no need to put stop loss far away. Maximal allowed trades in same time are optional (1-10), it depends on lot size and account size . When EA detect such conditions to start trade, selected pair pop up in the middle of screen and is played signal for that action, something like "Turbo trade initiated" or simple sound if this is not possible. Backtesting needed to prove this strategy and tune entry pair movement and timer before close.

Edit: Given value which determine entry trade is diferent in each currency (amount in pips to start trade) , so you must count with this. I see 4 of you programers start working on this EA, so I dont know what next. Can I choose one of you? Or first take money? Best working model or how to proceed next? I make tis order first time. I want first test it myself before I pay. And last I want it optimized in the future if needed.  EA also must work on VPS servers, this is key to greater sucess. Thanks
