(MA) Moving averages crossover EA needed

Hello,

I need a moving average moving crossover EA for MT4 having the following options.

It will have 2 sets of 2 moving average on the EA

1. It will work on any time frame

2. I must be able to select from any of the following moving average, simple, exponential, weighted, wilder, or hull

3. I must be able to select any length i wish

4. I must be able to select which crossing I want either below or above with arrow button and sizes, with option of the crossover arrow appearing on chart

5. I must be able to have the options to allow automatic  live trade or just watch it and it work as an indicator

6. The market order will execute at the close of that time period of the crossover, with options to buy or sell x number of pip back with additional lots to trade on any pullback of first entry

7. I must be able to choose the lot size and whatever forex window is open the EA is operating on it must be able to live trade while having many other open forex window with it own forex symbol doing live trade on the MA EA as well

8. Trade management closing of trade is either by a crossover of the other set of the 2 MA or stop loss is x number of pip back from entry, or x number of pip to target, or manual close at discretion

9. Once trade is close it must be ready to trade again at next set of crossover signal 

10. It must have options to show trade entry and exit on chart
