• Buy:

1. Price has first closed between the upper and lower band of Envelope 1. Open trade when price then touches upper band.

2. Price has first closed between the upper band of Envelope 1 and the upper band of Envelope 2. Open trade when price then touches upper band of Envelope 2.

3. Price has first closed below lower band of Envelope 3. Open trade when price then touches lower band of Envelope 3.

4. Price has first closed between the lower band of Envelope 3 and the lower band of Envelope 2. Open trade when price then touches the lower band of Envelope 2.

• Sell:

1. Price has first closed between the upper and lower band of Envelope 1. Open trade when price then touches lower band.

2. Price has first closed between the lower band of Envelope 1 and the lower band of Envelope 2. Open trade when price then touches lower band of Envelope 2.

3. Price has first closed above upper band of Envelope 3. Open trade when price then touches upper band of Envelope 3.

4. Price has first closed between the upper band of Envelope 3 and the upper band of Envelope 2. Open trade when price then touches the upper band of Envelope 2.

• Note - Only one open trade of each type at a time. Only one 1,2,3,4 at any time.

• Buy:

1. Price touches upper band of Envelope 2.
