Dax30 Long Trade triggered by 5 factors

Hi

I'd really like to get someone to design an MT4 robot that will work in the following way:

1. Monitor the Dax (DAX30)

2. Long trades only

3. Detect 5 signs on a 2 minute chart

a.  "Active stop" arrow changes (ChartingCenter has this feature on a set of indicators called DT2)

b.  2 minute Candle starts or ends above Price Envelope 1

c.  Long-term trend is positive

d.  Vector averages are positive

e.  R Ratio is positive 

4.  Initiate a Long (Buy) at a size of 15

5.  Set target as 10 Pips

6.  Set limit as -20 Pips


Is there anyone who would be able to do this please?  

Please note: I also need to understand which broker I can trade this with. IG does not offer the Dax as an MT4 market!
