Remove RSI indicator from code

EA F8_V5.0_FL.mq4 opens orders using the RSI indicator.

This must be removed from the code and replaced by a routine that always opens BUY and SELL orders.

These orders will be called main orders.

EA HedgeMart_V4.0.mq4 shows how to open BUY and SELL orders at the same time.

Main orders will be closed using TP, SL, TS or CloseValue.

The martingale orders for these main orders open normally and will be closed by TS or CloseValue.

When a main order is closed a new main order of the same type will be opened.

Example: if the main order BUY is closed a new main order BUY will be opened.
