Custom MT5 Indicator to plot history and future lines based on my data from website api

I need a custom indicator which will take data from web link api in a json format like this: (example mysite.com/?currency=EUR&format=json)

I need an indicator to plot 3 lines and a filled region between them

first line will the the one from value, it will be calculated like this:

1/value

2 extra lines will be an upper band and one like a lower band like in bolinger bands

they will be computed like this

1/value_lower
1/value_upper

between this 2 lines we should have a filled region to make it look better

this line should be painted in past on the chart as well as in future depending on the values from json format

as you can see for each value we have time as well so we know where to use each of the data

It should be ready in 1-2 day at most since it is a simple indicator, this is very important

Q. What functions will you use in mql5 to get the data from website api?  can we use wininet.dll instead of webrequest or similar - so I do not have to put the website in the settings of the MT4?
