I need an EA made for BOOM AND CRASH synthetic indices

it works with MA cross over strategy

The EA should have

1. 2  adjustable MA( shift, type, Period)

2. Take profit  and stop loss in points

3. Take profit in Seconds

4. Maximum Trade per day

5. number of open postions per signal

6. Buy and Sell on/off option

all these setting should be able to function independently of the other functions and if set to 0(meaning dont use), other functions should work without them

7. Should have a licensing code in the source code, so that only account ids put into the source code will be all to use the EA
