MTF Fib EA (build and tutorial/teach)

Hi i want to learn to build this MTF FIB EA. Im a beginner but im reading the documentation and learning the basics. ive been doing forex for over a year and tried programming on my own, but I was too new. Now i think im ready for some basics, this will help speed up my learning. Also, ill give you future upgrade jobs (maybe tutorial, maybe just straight job for you to upgrade, depending on difficulty) to upgrade it with trailing stops/partial exit, and such upgrades. thanks!

1.      Externs/ options

a.      timeframes to pull fib retracements

                                                              i.      5,15,30,60,240 (string)

b.      Fib retracement levels to use

                                                              i.      23.6%,38.2%,50%,62.8%,76.4% (boolean)

c.       Lots.

d.      Takeprofit

                                                              i.      pips

                                                            ii.      fib expansion % 38.2%, 62.8%

                                                          iii.      minimum pips profit = 2 (if 38.2% TP is reached, but not in profit, then ignore and go to next)

e.      Money management

                                                              i.      Based on equity. 1%

f.        Misc. such as slippage or other needed externs.

2.      Stoploss

a.      based on equity % (close order with most PIPS LOSS in whole terminal window) 70% equity

b.      based on pips = 200

c.       stoploss can instead open a hedge if it goes out 10 pips. = True

d.      Based on Fib level (110%)

3.      Takeprofit

a.      Pips

b.      fib expansion %
