I need someone to write an EA for me using a ma cross over but the stop must be on top of the last bar when short and at the bottom when long. I will also need a compounding program to pick my lot size according to my balance.

the Ea will function like this

Slow MA=5

Fast ma=3

at the open of a new candle:

ifs SMA<FMA on prev bar and SMA>FMA on bar before that (close all open and pending orders) go short (number of lots according to account  Balance) place stop above prev candle this stop will move

on every open has long has both previous candles SMA <FMA
