I want to create an Expert Advisor from an existing Indicator

HELLO

i'have an indicator on EX4 files, i don't have mq4 files, he give me some "X" on differente color, like signal for buy and sell.

i would like, since this indicator, someone create an expert advisor ( EA, robot...) 
The indicator send a FIX signal at the end of the bars, but during the bars, the signal can appear and disappear. So, for the EA he need to wait the end of the bars.

the EA take the signal like "X" and open a trad. if the market don't go on the right direction, he open a new bigger positionn like a martingale but i need to can choose the minimum pips step (distance)  between 2 position of the martingale with a setting "TRUE", for the setting "FALSE" the EA take all the signal.

for choose the size of the new bigger position, i need a setting exponential lotsize. And TRUE OR FALSE if i dont want a bigger size lot, and take the same size like the first open trad.

i would like, a trailling stop and start pips with setting true or false, if i don't want use it.

i would like TP ans SL with TRUE OR FAlSE  setting to. (ONLY IF THERE ARE ONE TRAD, IF MORE THAN ONE TRAD THIS SETTING DO NOT WORK.)

i would like a setting with, only buy, only sell, or buy and sell (if it is possible ) 

i would like an autolot,with TRUE AND FALSE,  where i can choose the free margin each the 0.01 lots.

I would a setting START LOT for choose the begginning lot size if autolot is FALSE
