MACD crossover Expert Advisor

Dear developers,

Please find below high level details of my expert advisor for MT4- I will send you a full pack with details upon request - all the requirements are clearly defined in it

I think my bot is based on pretty simple variables but feel free to raise any difficulty you feel you might encounter based on this description as I have limited coding experience

The idea is:

-buy/sell at MACD crossover close price (signal line & MACD line )

-confirmation with EMA 200 (close price must be above for buy and below for sell) + candle close higher or lower than previous close

-entry only if  the MACD indicator metrics match some values = some of these values must be customisable

-4 ways to set SL & Profit target based only on reading the price action of the last 13 candles

-customisable order size to match a % of the account

-other requirements: being able to customise the TP target & the distance of the stop loss based on the 4 ways stated above

-cool down period if the bot get stopped too quickly

-must work on all forex pairs (and on other charts if possible)

-must work on all timeframes

I based myself on this MACD indicator but maybe you can code with the built in MACD indicator
