An EA that trades with the trend

Looking for a developer to make me an EA that trades with the trend.
Full instructions will be given after applications.

Will have to include the following:

Using highs and lows ofcourse. (for uptrend higher highs and higher lows, for downtrend lower highs and lower lows)

Daily tf on 5, 14 and 30 bars (should all have the same trend in order to continue)

H4 tf on 3, 6 and 14 bars (should all have the same trend in order to continue)

H1 on 6, 12 and 18 bars (should all have the same trend in order to continue)

RSI of M30, H1 and H4 should all be <35 or >65 in order to continue

if uptrend and RSI on M5 went from <35 to >35 = Buy (or <30 to >30 if RSI ever crossed 30)

if downtrend and RSI on M5 went from >65 to <65 = Sell  (or >70 to <70 if RSI ever crossed 70)

For stop loss:

Basic ATR usage for Stop loss. Should also be able to add a fixed amount of pips to the stop loss.

For example: the stop loss would be ATR stop loss + 10 pips 

For exit strategy:

If trade is up on ... pips, the stop loss should be set to break even and should be trailed every ... pips

If EA on a buy and RSI on H1 was >70 and crosses <70, close trade (or >75 and crosses <75 if RSI ever crossed 75)

For lots:

Option for fixed or dynamic lot usage

If fixed:

- Lot:

- Max numbers of trades open on mt4 account: (including all pairs)

If dynamic:

- Risk % based off balance:

- Max numbers of trades open on mt4 account: (including all pairs)

Every setting should be able to be in the settings of the EA. Also the choice of wich timeframes to use etc.
