EA Based on MACD Strategy

Hello developers,

I am looking for someone with experience who can build an advanced MACD Strategy Robot with the following options. It needs to be exactly like this, configurable and fully automated. There needs to be a fully configurable trading dashboard where the options below can be configured as I want it.
