New EA for my strategy

Hello Mr Developer,

Please provide a quotation and timescales for developing my custom EA. I wish to further develop this EA myself and need to have a basis to start from, so please try and add some comment the code !

Spec:

• Any Chart Timeframe, M1, M5, M15, H1, H4, D1 etc.
• Place a single buy or sell order within a defined time range (public variables)
• Lot Size based on % of Free Margin (public variable)
• Fixed Initial SL and TP (public variables)
• Trailing stop when number of Pips reached (public variables)
• Close trade after X number of minutes (public variable)

• Lowest Low over the last X hours , i.e 12 hours (public variable)
• or (changeable)
• 61.8% Fibonacci of the last X hours, i.e 12 hours (public variable)

• Highest High over the last X hours, i.e 12 hours (public variable)
• or (changeable)
• 23.6% Fibonacci of the last X hours, i.e 12 hours (public variable)
