I need an expert advisor that works on offline renko charts mt4

I use a very basic indicator on offline renko charts, it simply paints dots. I'd like to converse with an EA builder who is familiar with EA's that can work from indicators (possibly any signal shown on a offline chart) produced on offline renko charts. It's the only renko i have there maybe better ones out there. At this stage I am not even sure it is possible to create an EA that works off an offline chart like this I'd be looking for simply entries from the indicator, initial fixed stopped, half position closed at a first TP, second half trailed or out on reverse signal. the option to trade just longs or shorts or both for that day.

I trade alone so may require some ongoing support. I am very familiar with MT4 and would look at MT5 if that platform is better for this type of trading.

Could any coders who think they can help please PM me and I'll prepare more detail, screen shots indicators etc. I haven't furnished much information here as my offline renko is a bit clunky and so not sure if what I am asking is possible, I wouldn't want to waste anyone's time.

My budget is not set correctly and would consider specific pricing post more details being offered
