EA that sends notification when a crossover takes place

Request:
I want an EA that sends a notification when a crossover happens. The notification should be e-mail and or any other means.

Custom indicator setting

Variable
TimeFrame: Current time frame
HalfLength: 20
Price: 0
ATRMultiplier: 2.0
ATRPeriod: 100

Signals:
There would be two moving averages in the set up (only the yellow – 100EMA one is on displace from the image above).
Moving Average 1 (setting)
Parameters
Period: 100
Shift: 0
MA method: Exponential
Apply to: Close
Style: limeGreen



Moving Average 2 (setting)
Parameters
Period: 4000
Shift: 0
MA method: Exponential
Apply to: Close
Style: Red

Trigger alert:
This is how I want the EA to work:

if the yellow 100EMA line crosses either the red band or the green band, an e-mail notification (plus any other form of alert) should be sent.
The same process applies to the 4000EMA line
