Auto trading based on the previous candle on anytime frame

I am looking for a script that can trade based off the previous candles high and low on any time frame.  I want to be able to set specific trading times (Ex: 7am-4pm ) with a preset lot size.  The idea for this strategy is as follows:

-I would set the EA settings to start at 7am

-It would look at the previous candles high and low and set up a buystop and sellstop based on those numbers

-It would also set up stop losses based on those numbers (buystop with the previous candles low as the stop loss and sellstop with the previous candles high as the stop loss)

-If the previous candles high or low hits, the EA will enter that trade and delete the one that did not activate.

-The stop loss would keep changing based on the previous candles high/low until it is hit

-When the order is stopped out the EA would look at the previous candles high/low and set buystop and sellstop again based on those numbers.

-If possible a trailing stop option would make this strategy easier to manage various trades.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
