I want expert advisor parameters to be changed while EA is running

I am using various expert advisors (not developed by be). There is .set file contains the expert parameters. i will change the .set files manually or via a python programme what I want it to update the expert advisor automatically without removing or restarting the terminal. MT4 can be used in portable mood or regular mood either.

I will change the .set file and the change has to reflect in expert advisor without doing anything manually.
I can be done via EA,Indicator or by anything other as well
