[MT4] simple Hedge EA with some handy functions

We are looking for a developer which is able to code a Metatrader4 based EA with the following strategies, functions and customizeble variables.

The EA is should to work on every Pair in 1 Minute Chart. (since it doesnt really have a "strategy" this shouldnt be a problem)
It should open long and short positions at the same time. (really hard hedging, no more).

We would want to be able to customize the following variables:

Fixed Lots
Takeprofit ( pips )
Stoploss ( pips )
Maximal Spread ( pips )
Moneymanagement ( % of total asset which the EA is allowed to use)
Maximal Daylie / Weekly / Monthly Profit ( % - it should open no more trades when this is reached, there should be 1 variable for each of them)
Maximal Daylie / Weekly / Monthly Loss ( % - it should open no more trades when this is reached, there should be 1 variable for each of them)
(We want to have at least the Daylie option, if the others arent available its ok, but its not worth the same for us...)
Magic Number ( integer )

Trading Frequency ( minutes - minimum time to wait til it will open the next trade)

We would also like to have a very special one:

Maximal Daylie Loss compared to Daylie Profit ( % )

for example: Today we start at 10000USD, after 10 hours we have reached 20000USD, so the ea should stop trading (for today) when it falls down by 20% of 20000USD -> if the balance falls down to 16000USD, it shouldnt open any more trades for today.
