I need an expert based with 3 strategies. Fibonacci, Support and resistance, Round numbers and important levels.

this are ( or ) rules. with 3 single different strategies and each strategy has their own money managment. (magic number)

Pairs traded:

All Forex pairs, able to trade the indices and metals, stocks , XAUUSD XAGUSD XAGEUR so the number of digit and the pips computation need to be quality coding

Trade rules:

rule 1)

• Fibonacci levels drawn by high and low of (x) amount past candles. 
• buy or sell depend on when the candle went above or below the fibonacci level. the candle count and the candle distance above or below the fibonacci level needs to be adjustable. for example 3 (x amount) candles are above the fibonacci level with a distance of 2 (x amount) pips. make a buy. 3 (x amount) candles are below the fibonacci level with a distance of 2 (x amount) pips make a sell.

• use support and resitance levels based on (x) amount of past candles. (yes, no)
• use indicatsupport and resistance levels based on attached indicator (yes, no)
• buy or sell depend on when the candle went above or below the support or resistance level. the candle count and the candle distance above or below the sp or rs level needs to be adjustable. for example 3 (x amount) candles are above the sp or rs level with a distance of 2 (x amount) pips. make a buy. 3 (x amount) candles are below the sp or rs level with a distance of 2 (x amount) pips make a sell. 

rule 3)

• round and important numbers. i need to change those important levels based on (x amount of pips). 3 seperate sets of round and important numbers. for example. every 1000 pips, every 250 pips, every 125 pips. 
• buy or sell depend on when the candle went above or below the round number level. the candle count and the candle distance above or below the round number level needs to be adjustable. for example 3 (x amount) candles are above the round number level with a distance of 2 (x amount) pips. make a buy. 3 (x amount) candles are below the round number level with a distance of 2 (x amount) pips make a sell. 

money managment.

• fixed lot amount or % based on balance
• trading sl
• take profit
• stop loss
• pyramiding succesfull trades based on (x) amount of pips from entry. (x) amount % of entry lot or fixed (x) amount. how many pyramiding trades depend on (x) amount . 
• martingale (yes or no) entry size multiplier by (x), entry after (x) pips, max trades based on (x) amount. all trades need to be in a basket for averaging (x) take profit.
• changeable order comment

GUI 

• nice gui with overview of total current PL and total DD (currency and %)  (daily, weekly, monthly)
• strategy 1 current buy or sell trades and PL in currency
• strategy 2 current buy or sell trades and PL in currency
• strategy 3 current buy or sell trades and PL in currency

Others

• nice documented code for possible future modifications. code need to be ecn and multi currency compatible. i need to be able to use the ea on comodities, stocks, forex and so on. 
• The information on the opening/closing of positions and of modifications of the SL should be stored in the Journal;
• If there are any errors, it must print a message describing the error.
