Need a straddle EA for MT4 - pending orders at certain time

My name is Nikolai.

I need an EA for MT4 which places 2 pending orders (input1=stop or limit orders) at a certain chart time (input2=chart time HH:MM) and at a certain distance from the price at that time (input3=distance in pips from price). Stop loss and take profit will be fixed (inputs 4 and 5 are SL and TP in pips)

On triggering the one order the other must be deleted or moved (input6=one cancels the other or moves it).

If the order that wasn't filled is chosen to be moved by X pips (input7=X-pips to move), than the sell stop or buy limit have to be moved higher (+X pips) and the buy stop and sell limit will have to be moved lower (-x pips). Basically the unfilled orders must be moved closer to the filled ones. SL and TP remain the same.

All orders must have expiry (input8=expiry in hrs after input 2); after expiry everything that is still pending needs to be deleted/canceled. If something was already open-it waits profit or stop hit.

Must work on any kind of broker as I have one standard and one ECN accounts.

It will be nice if the SL and TP could be hidden by the broker if I chose so (input9=hidden SL and TP or not hidden) as I don't trust the one broker 100 procent.
