Tradability

This is a refined description of my advertised job please read to ensure you understand precisely what is needed.

I can cannot do what I need hence why I seek help.

The rule is very simple but hard to program, the indicator I have produces red arrows (down) and green arrows (up) on the chart. All I want is to place an arrow of the same colour but larger arrow when two consecutive colour arrows appear.

i.e red then red again or green then green again, consecutive colours BUT not consecutive bars so they can be separated by 6 or 10 bars etc. Not when I get a red then green etc.

BUT the other condition is if I have two consecutive reds the last produced MUST be below or equal to the previous and if green arrows then the last produced must be above the previous. So you will need to consider the highs of the bars where the arrows formed if red and lows of the bars where the green arrows formed etc.

Please advise me if this is still not clear.
