Looking for developer that has a developed a currency strength meter or can adjust the currency strength meter that I will send them after being
chosen for the job. This indicator would need send alerts of strong vs weak currency pairs based off of a number value of 3.5 or higher and
display on the charts to BUY or SELL that currency pair. The signal would need to be sent when a strong currency pair is above the value of 5.0 and
the difference of the weaker currency pair is higher than 3.5. I'm looking at using this as a buffer for an EA to accept or deny entries on short
term time frames and I will accept further ideas to optimize this indicator. I would need a quick turn around on the indicator so if you are not
able to get it done quickly I would appreciate if you don't apply for the job. I would need to have the ability to backtest and have the source
code provided for MT4 and MT5.
