EA BASED ON CROSSOVER OF TWO EMAS

Hello world! Just need EA to open positions based on 2 Exponential Moving averages crossover,  and close the same open positions also based on EMAs crossover as well and open new ones obviously in that direction.   Conditions: 1. I can fill  the period of the fast and slow EMA and time frame for opening . 2 for closing i can fill the period for the slow,fast EMA and time frame as well , as an example i could open buy position based on 1 hout time frame crossover , and close the same based on 5 minutes charts time crossover. 3 if the order isnt accepted by the market maker  the EA should try again and again untill its done , not to try once and leave it  for the next crossover which may lead to margin calls , 4. I can choose the lot size fixed or percentage wise based on the equity  not the balance ...... and that's it , if you have additional thoughts or ideas based on your experiences  to increase the performance and efficiency im open of it.  Thank you
