I need indicator that would plot levels based on time and distance

Hello,

I need this indicator:

1. It would plot 2 lines on the chart.

2. It will plot the lines based on the "starting point" - where the price was at a particular time (the time can be set in the indicator settings).

3. It will plot the lines at the particular distance from that price (which can be set in the settings).

For example, the price at 12:00 is 134.500 (so, this is the indicator's "starting point")

The specified distance is (for example) 25 pips

The indicator will plot 2 lines: at 134.750 and at 134.250

These lines will stay at those levels whole day

The next day new lines are plotted and old are erased.

And ideally this indicator needs a notification by email, when price riches the lines.

This is not the main requirement, but would be nice to have.
