Create buy stop and sell stop at the close of the candlestick for Gold after market open

I need a simple EA that able to create both buy stop and sell stop after a certain hours of the XAUUSD when the market is open.

The EA create at a certain pip above high of the candlestick for a buy buy stop order and below the low of the candlestick for a sell stop order base on the H1 chart after the XAUUSD Gold market has open.

Please see attached for drawing for details and the EA must allow me to specified the following:

1) Allow me to key in how many hours after the market is open to create the buy and sell stop orders

2) Allow me to key in the number of pip above the high of the candlestick in order to create the buy stop order.

3) Allow me to key in the number of pip below the low of the candlestick in order to create the sell stop order.

4) Allow me to key in stop loss in pip

5) Allow me to key in take profit in pip.

6) Allow me to key in trailing stop

7) Allow me to key in trailing step.

8) Allow Magic number

9) Allow Comment

This is the first time I am using this freelance service, sorry for my bad English and I hope you guys can understand what I mean.
