Expert Advisor for MT5 (or MT4 if there are good reasons to use this platform instead), based on open, high, low and close of the last and the current 5-Minute candle to be used to trade major Index-CFDs.
I created a spreadsheet in Excel, giving each point value (from 0,01 to 30000,00) a specific attribute. For example, the attribute of 9999,97; 9999,98; and 9999,99 is “1”. The attribute of 10000,00 is “2” and the attribute of 10000,01 is “1” again.
I will provide my spreadsheet (or parts of it) as well as the “meaning” of the attributes. I am open to suggestions of how to implement this list into an Expert Advisor and/or reformatting the list to make it machine readable.
At the open of every new 5-Minute candle, I want the Expert advisor to follow this plan:
If the difference between open and close of the last candle was at least 10 Points:
Read the attributes of last candles high/low and current candles open. Buy or sell an amount of CFDs, based on the combination of attributes.
Apart from that, the expert advisor should also be able to exit orders partially based on stoploss and trailing stop and to exit orders entirely based on time (end of day).
Since, realistically, this EA will not be profitable from the get go, I want to have the option to test it on historical data and to optimize it myself.
Optional:
- A very specific trailing stop: “50% of the price movement since first active order”.
- There is a specific Indication for a major Index that I would like to use. Sadly, the responsible company does not provide this indication for private persons via Metatrader at all. However, there are a dozen Websites online that display this indication in all its glory. I want the expert advisor to access and use this public available data (and then trade on my brokers indication).
I am happy to answer any questions and look forward to receive applications including the price you would expect for that work, if you are willing to do the optional requests and maybe a short explanation on how you would implement it.
