Tarea técnica

I need an expert advisor to buy and sell any time frame of two moving average crossing up for buy signal down for sell signal. I like to set my own setting and be able to change the setting for moving average. Must be able to select any type of moving average from simple to others. Should have ability to put profit taking and stop loss limit also adjustment for lot size should  be able to trade any instrument form forex to crude oil and indices. program should also have ability to send text message to phone when condition has met or send an alert.
