An EA which is based on RSI tredline break in confirmation with MACD signal for buy/sell order

I am looking for someone who can write an EA with the following requirements:

1. The buy/sell order is placed when RSI trendline is broken on any timeframe, which needs confirmation with MACD and Heiken Ashi signals. 

2. Sound money/risk management based on % of the account balance. 

3. Lots will be determined by % of the account balance chosen.

3. Customizable SL/TakeProfit, preferably using ATR, for example, SL: 1.5xATR, TakeProfit: 1/2 of position closed at 2xATR, while the rest till RSI trendline is broken in opposite direction, confirmed with MACD and Heiken Ashi signals.

4. The EA should work on any Forex Broker platform on MT4/MT5, i.e., should be able to work with variable MarketInfo variables such as SL, spread, freeze, etc.

I am attaching a screenshot to show what I mean. The first trendline break on RSI opens a BUY position, while the second closes the BUY, and opens a SELL position. The BUY should be placed, when the first MACD bar is lower in value, i.e, losing strength on the downside; the BUY should be closed when the first MACD bar is losing strength on the upside. The Heiken Ashi bars are concurrently turning bullish/bearish.

5. The completed EA will be able to demonstrate the above on a live demo account.
