Virtual Change Pair

I need an EA that trades from the signals given by the VirtualChangePair.mq4
indicator.

The indicator calculates the strongest and weakest pairs and ranks them listing
in descending order from the strongest to the weakest. The first column shows
the name of the currency pair, the second column the number of pips the pair
moved for the day and the third column shows the percentage (%) change for the
day.

I would like the EA to make Buy/Sell entries based on the percentage (%) change
for the day. The EA will be running on the 15 minute timeframe. The EA must
have:-
(a) Time management configuration.
(b) Take Profit
(c) Stop Loss
(d) Trailing Stop
(e) Money Management for Auto Lots and Risk

If the percentage change on the current new bar is plus +2% or greater then
it open a Buy trade. On the previous bar the percentage change must be less
than plus 2%.

If the percentage change on the current new bar is minus -2% or less then
it open a Sell trade. On the previous bar the percentage change must be
greater than minus -2%.
