Tarea técnica

I am looking for a trading robot that will automatically open new and close existing positions based on specific MA criteria that I can specify.

The robot must work for any time frame and any currency pair.  Additionally, an up arrow should be displayed when a buy position is

noted and a down arrow for a sell position.  I want to be able to specify the colors, thickness and distance from candlesticks of these arrows.

An option to play a sound when the conditions are met would be nice.  I need to be able to turn on/off this option at will.

I also need to be able to disable/activate the trading robot at will.  

Details of the requirements will be submitted upon contact.

Cost for this project is negotiable.
