EA based on 3 MA's and RSI - Convert Personal trading strategy

I am in need of an experienced developer to turn my manual trading strategy into a profitable EA;

It is based off 3 exponential MA's with the levels 20, 50 and 200. The 20 and the 50 MA level provides a trading opportunity for the EA when they cross, and the 200 MA serves as a confirmation as it shows a broader trend of the market, if the market is above the 200 MA the expert advisor should confirm BUY signals whenever the 20 and 50 MA cross.

If the market is below the 200 MA the expert advisor should confirm SELL signals when the 20 and 50 MA cross.

It should also include RSI for confirmation of trades; with levels 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70 - when the trend of a potential trade is over the 50 mark it should serve as an additional confirmation of a BUY trade alongside the MA's, as soon as the market dips below the 50 RSI, the trade should be closed as it shows more seller pressure.

Furthermore, if the trend of a trade is under the 45 mark it should serve as an additional confirmation for a SELL signal alongside the MA crossing, as soon as it rises above the 50 mark the trade should be closed as it shows an increase in buyer pressure.

This EA should be able to trade on multiple currency pairs at the same time PROFITABLY on the H4 or H1 timeframe.

This EA should either have a nice GUI or show some form of information or display where it will take trades - For example, arrows or marks on the chart to show opened positions previously and a vertical, bold line when the MA lines cross.

This EA should also include:

• trailing stop loss 
• autolot based on account balance
• efficient money management
• percentage risk per trade
• option to avoid high impact news release trades - Detect the news release from an external web request to http://ec.forexprostools.com
• TP, SL levels (if not using trailing stop loss)
• Magic number to use on different currency pairs
• Option to close positions over the weekend
