To build a simple Pivot High / Low indicator.

The indicator must be the same as used on www.tradingview.com - load any chart then apply their Pivots High Low indicator. Not sure of the exact code they use but I'm sure one of you clever programmers can figure it out :-) This indicator should have an email alert function enabled to when the a new pivot is printed. 

The second indicator combines a 20 period and a 40 period Bollinger bands, looking for when a pivot point is formed outside both these bands. When the pivot is formed the bar must have some part sticking out of BOTH bands to be valid. Again an email should be sent when all three conditions have been met , pivot point , bar went through first boll band and second boll band. The Bollingerband periods must be user changeable, i.e 20 period , 40 period etc.
