Combining 2 indicators to remove false signals

HI I have two indicators

1.pirsonampampspearman
2. 4 time frame heiken ashi nmc arrows

first one produces arrows,here I want to filter 2nd indicator signals in relation to 1st indicator

after producing 1st indicator signal either buy or sell 2nd indicator first signal should appear,remaintig signals should be ignored on same direction

2^nd indicator signals should appear on current candle,should not disappear  after appearing,should not be redrawn,main purpose of adding to 1^st indicator is to make nonrepainting,

if opposIte direction signal of second indicator is produced within 20 bars it should appear

no of bars this no should be adjustable in inputs

1st indicator signals should not appear on chart

only second indicator signals should appear,arrows should be 3 size

arrows of 2nd indicator should be non repainting and non redrawing

on main chart only second indicator arrows appear

there should be 2 inputs regarding timeframes

3timeframes default is true

4timeframes default is false

3TIMEFRAMES MEANS

when we attach to 5 minutes chart

3timeframes:it means current timeframe,next higher timeframes 2

Eg:current timeframe 5minutes

Next second timeframe15 minutes

Next higher timeframe30 minutes

4TIMEFRAMES MEANS

when we attach to 5 minutes chart
