Opposite of copy trading software

I need an EA just opposite of regular copy trade EA. When master opens buy position slave should open sell position. Other conditions

1) Do not consider waiting orders. Only market orders need to be reversed. 

2) Slave will have an option to keep maximum loss.  That means if master doesn't close position position in profit, slave will automatically close position when maximum loss reaches. If maximum loss is 50 pips, master closes position in 20 pips, slave will close the position immediately. 

3) Set up the ratio as 1:2 or 1:3..etc. When master opens 0.01 lot slave should open 0.05 lot if the ratio set up is 1:5

4) Maximum qty : Slave will never trade above this quantity. Example - If ratio is 1:10 and maximum qty is 0.5 , if master opens 0.1 lot, slave will not open 1.0 lots In this case slave will open only 0.5 lots. 

5) Spread need not be considered. If loss = 20 pips, profit will not be 20 pips. Example a) EUR/USD - 1.1630/32 Master buys at1.1632 and slave will sell at 1.1630 b) Price 1.1640/42 Master will close at 1.1640 Slave will close at 1.1642

6) There will be multiple masters and one slave.
