The developer who told me he had once developed an app for that job, should please contact me here, as I lost contact with him, I don't know why I can't find the conversation... 

Hi, does anyone knows how to create a Real-Time money flow indicator, which should track the institutional money flow (like Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Pension Funds) into the indices market, like US30 - JPN225 - GER30 - UK100 etc.

It has to be real-time, and has to track a lot of large institutions, and have to calculate the outcome e.g. x billions usd flows in this market now, and x billion flows out = e.g. 70% in 30 out = buy. and vise versa.
