An Expert Advisor Based on Two Moving Averages Distance and Pips "Needed"

I need an expert advisor based on distance/pips between two Moving Averages. as below:

- If MA1 is above MA2 by specified distance/pips : Sell order should be placed with fixed TP and SL.

   Example "  SMA (20) is above MA (50) by (+150 pips/points) " 

- If MA1 is below MA2 by specified distance/pips : Buy order should be placed with fixed TP and SL.

   Example "  SMA (20) is below MA (50) by (-150 pips/points) " 

For the settings, the below parameters should be adjustable and controlled:

-- Type of MA: EMA/SMA/...

-- Distance between MA: +- (number of points/pips) for (Buy/Sell) conditions.

-- Lot size:

-- Set TP and SL:  

-- Alerts notifications for (mobile/screen/email) : ON/OFF
