Expert Adviser based on MA cross

Hi Everyone

I have a very basic alert I've written for pine (tradingview) but would like this as an EA for MT4 which is beyond my ability.

Signal will be long or short based on cross of three SMAs, fast, middle and slow, I can set these manually.  Entry will occur on the close of the signal candle.

Position size should be automatic based on risk of 5%, which I can manually change.

TakeProfit and StopLoss are based on most recent swing high or swing low depending on direction of trade.  For example on a long trade, the SL could be half the distance to the recent swing low with the TP twice that size.  I would like to be able to manually enter the TP and SL size as a decimal number relating to the distance between the swing high/low and the entry price.

EDIT: sorry also forgot I'd like to have the option to make the StopLoss a Trailing Stop instead
