Make EA from indicator ex4 file

Hi,

I look for somebody who has experience in making EAs from existing indicators.
I only have the indicator ex4 file, but I read it should anyway work, because it is possible to read the buffer values.
So the indicator shows a buy or sell signal and when the signal still exists on the transit to the next candle an order should be opened.

• money management (fixed, and automatic lots with certain risk)
  
• adjustable settings from the indicator
  
• trading times (time source GMT; 0-24)
  
• trading days (yes/no)
  
• different trailing settings (ATR; fixed SL; trailing stop, step, distance; volatility, breakout) sample file will be given to show the differences, needs probably some discussion what makes sense and what not
• breakeven settings (after how many pips the SL will be adjusted to breakeven)
  
• spread checking
• a Panel which shows some important information (and for example if the trailing is triggered or not)
• maybe something more you can think of

the trades should be open for some time after that, from 15min to a couple of hours, depends on the signal.
