Tarea técnica
Here is how my current ea works.
1. Check for Condition
2. If Condition is true
3. Calculate SL, TP values and expiry time
4. Calculate Lot Size
5. Place Pending Order
1,2,3,4,5 are functions.
I need help with Function 4 which is what is project is about.
Will try to explain what I need with example trades.
Trade 1 :
Acceptable Loss in account currency - $100.
In this example the account currency is dollars . This should be an Extern Value which can be changed as per account size.
SL and TP values come from function 3.
Based on SL value, lot size needs to be calculated appropriately and passed on to Function 5.
Pending Order is Placed.
Trade triggers and hits stop loss.
Trade 2 :
Set the stop loss for the next trade as $100 again for the next trade.
SL and TP values come from function 3.
Based on SL value, lot size needs to be calculated and passed on to Function 5.
Pending Order is Placed.
Trade triggers and hits Profit Target and makes $200 profit.
Trade 3 :
Set the stop loss for the next trade as $300 again for the next trade.
Why 300?
100 initial + 200 current profit
SL and TP values come from function 3.
Based on SL value, lot size needs to be calculated and passed on to Function 5.
Pending Order is Placed.
Trade triggers and hits Profit Target and makes $400 profit.
Trade 4:
Set the stop loss as $700 for the next trade.
100 initial + 200 from trade2 + 400 from trade3
SL and TP values come from function 3.
Based on SL value lot size needs to be calculated and passed on to Function 5.
Pending Order is Placed.
And so on. The number of times the program continues to accumulate should be an extern so that I can say for example 5 times and after 5 continuous take profits it resets and goes back to the initial $100 stop loss. Anytime in between these 5 times, if the stop loss is hit, it resets and goes back to the initial $100 stop loss.
