Expert Advisor on MT4

I need an EA based on below stated requirements. I will describe the long entries, conversely is valid for shorts. 

1. The Weekly TF should have a pulse fired long (Please see the attached indicator)

2. On a Daily TF we need to see a pullback to a 21 EMA. At the same time the ADX indicator reading (a MT4 standard) is above 20.

3. When this happens we start timer T1 (setting parameter) which is by default set to three (3) days. 

4. After the Daily 21 EMA is met we switch to H1 TF and wait for a confirmation signal. This signal consists from positive crossover of 8 and 21 EMA on H1 TF. When crossover occurs

   4.1 it needs to occur prior the T1 elapses

   4.2 it needs to be above the 21 EMA

5. The stop loss price (SL) is set 10 pips below the lowest of the last 25 bars (setting parameter) on a H1 TF. 

6. We always wait for closed bars, intermediate are not valid. 

7. The trade size is calculated as a difference between the entry price and the stop loss price and should be set to 0.5 % (setting parameter) of the equity by default. This is our 1:1 ratio

8. We do not trail our stops. If and when After a 2:1 profit is reached we move stops to 30 % of the initial value. If and when 3:1 profit is reached we move it to breakeven. 

9. Take profit price is reached by default to 10:1 ratio.

10. If a price closes below daily TF we move stoploss 10 pips below that bar.
