Tarea técnica

I'm looking to develop an indicator that plots a histogram based on price being above or below an opening price.

The histogram style will be something similar to the one in this image:

So using the monthly open as an example.

When price is above the monthly open, the histogram will be green.

When price is below the monthly open, the histogram will be red.

For the inputs option on the indicator.

Timeframe: Daily, Weekly and Monthly (I want to be able to use the indicator on these timeframes)

Alerts: When the indicator turns from green to red based on price moving above or below the open, I'd like pop up alerts/email alerts/notifications
