Utilities: Crosshair synchronization (time & price scale) over multiple charts

Hi

I need an indicator similar to this one:     https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/5004#     to be coded for me (watch the video to understand).

1) source code required.

2) Button (rectangle shape) size & position on the chart must be adjustable (inputs for X & Y positions).

3) Text on the button must be adjustable (font & size) and if needed no text on the button.

4) Crosshair line color & style & width must be adjustable.

5) When you press the button for the first time you will activate the indicator with just the crosshair sync (the button will change color (for example magenta) to notify that indicator is enabled).

6) When you press the second time the button you will activate also the chart scrolling and the button will change again color (for example yellow). 

7) When you press the third time the button indicator will be disabled and the button will change color (for example grey).

8) Button colors adjustable in the input setting.
