Semi automation of strategy based on simple

the entries are based on price action and 2 indicators a mt4 rsi and 3 ema's (21,8 & 60) ; then D1 price action analysis , patterns(M , W & HnS), candle patterns(only engulfing and pin bar), key levels(support/resistance) & trend lines that conects key swings on all frames...system must be entirely semi auto i.e custom indicators and scripts to help identify 1.patterns script/indicator ( for d1-m30 based on current price movemnts)  and a key level(can draw key level in form of a region i.e thicker line) & trendlines script for d1-m30  2. D1 price action analysis script (distance in pips from next sup & res) 3. Trend bias script and momentum agression script tells us trend bias i.e uptrend/dwn trend & trend agression momentum (i.e highly agressive or non agressive) based on trend gradient, it scans all frames at once and inform via pop up 4. h4/h1/m30  price action analysis script (swing hi/swng low point,  distance in pips from next sup & res . Seperate infor for the various frames mus be shown seperately) 5. Script that scans all frames for points were the 60 ema is touched by price and wilders rsi is in th 60-70 or 40-30 regions 6. Candle identifier script that runs on all frames     All scripts/indicators must be scanning all the following frames m30/h1/h4/d1 at once and informing that info via pop up and alarm.  Then one other main script that gives a pop up showing the entry criterias (on h4/h1/m30 and pop up must state number of entry criteria i.e is it entry type 1/3/4) & entry bias i.e buy or sell(see attached pictures for various entry criterias...the entries number 1,2,3 are all sell trades ecxept entry 4)   

Another seperate risk management script that calculates automatically a t.p that is twice the stp loss as soon as one enters the stop loss size. The script can be one such were one can enter asset  symbol, enter stop lss in pips (which will also show equivalence in exact price) or in price form (which will also show equivalence in pips) then automatically calculates t.p in exact price and pips. Script should also give a 3% figure of the current trading equity(current tradable balance in account) . then script must give the $ value for the stop loss we chose (based on set parameters like e.g for a 1k account we risk $50 on all 30pip stp losses, $65 for 45 pip stp losses) etc

Il also need the whole thing to be backtested/optimised and modelled on good tick data because in terms of performance im looking at an accuracy/hit rate of over 70% , strategy should be able to maintain its edge in its outlined operating market condition over a lengthy time and that must be a tested parameter(i.e if the stategy is said to work best during non news times then it mus be able to maintain that if corectly executed over time in those similar market conditions). While maintaining a strategy Risk management policy  of 2:1 win loss ratio(as explained in risk management script) for all entered trades
