enter order on smooth moving averge cross (14 x 24)

orders will open this way on SMA cross:

buy trade1 = 0.01
sell trade2 = 0.02
buy trade3 = 0.03
sell trade4 = 0.04
buy trade5 = 0.05
sell trade6 = 0.06
buy trade7 = 0.07
and so on ...

this is a trade group

once trade group is positive equity at 10 pips, all trades will close at same time (magic number)

theroy: trade group will always take profit, no matter the direction.
the last open trade will be the largest lot size.

please add buy and sell syymbols, and draw lines from all trades to closing trade.
this helps with seeing the EA work correctly (example attached).
