MTF Trend indicator based on multiple Moving Averages in seperate window

Hello coders. I need an indicator created. The premise is simple. I want an indicator where I can choose a certain time frame (not the current TF), and have a histogram represent the value based an the position of Multiple moving averages  ( MA themselves are not visible on the chart. (MA Type, and period must be adjustable) 

Perameters:

1. Time frame: Monthly, Weekly, Daily, H4, H1, M30, M15

2. Fast moving average type: Simple, smoothed, or Exponential, 

A. period

B. color

C. Line thickness

3. Slow moving average type: Simple, smoothed or Exponential, 

A. period

B. color

C. Line thickness

4. 

For example: On the weekly chart when the 8 period EMA (faster moving average) is above the 21 period SMA (slower moving average): the histogram paints a chosen color.

and conversely  On the weekly chart when the 8 period EMA (faster moving average) is below the 21 period SMA (slower moving average): the histogram paints a chosen color.

I would also like a third option for when the 2 moving averages are within a certain range of each other (close to touching, or touching): the histogram paints a chosen color. 

I would like to do this process for 4 separate time frames. 

Please let me know what other information you need to complete the process.
