Tarea técnica

I require a trading robot that can open a buy stop or sell stop order at a specific time of the day. The idea is to look at the 4 hour time frame and when the last candle closes the robot opens the orders 1 pip above the high of the last candle and another order 1 pip below the low of the last 4 hour candle.


e.g.


at 2pm the robot would need to open a buy stop order which is 1 pip above the high of the last candle and a sell stop order which is 1 pip below the low of the last candle.
