Simple EA Needed

I'd like someone to build an EA
1. If I open a trade manually. ((Trade 1))
2. Apply take profit and stop loss to that ((trade 1)). ( I need to be able to determine the value, for example 15 pip)
3. Put sell stop or buy stop in the opposite direction to the first trade at the same value of the SL applied for ((trade 1)). and apply TP and SL for ((trade 2)) (Similar to the value I choose in ((Trade 1)), 15 pip)
4. The new trade 2 lot is higher than the first trade (I need to determine the multiplier)
5. If  trade 1 hit the TP trade 2 pending order to be deleted automatically.
6. If trade 2 activated the same process in number 3 repeated again and again to a number I can determine
7. Money management, EA to close all trade when reach a certain profit or loss value or percentage and delete all pending orders
8. Magic number
9. Can choose between applying to all currency trade opened or attached chart only
10. Incase if I don't want to open a manual trades I'd like the EA to able to open a sell or buy trade according to this simple strategy (I need to be able to activate or deactivate this automatic mode and choose the starting lot)

Indicators: 12 exponential moving average, 26 exponential moving average, 55 simple moving average

Long Entries:
•12 EMA crosses up the 26 EMA and 55 EMA from below
•Open buy position

Short Entries:
•12 EMA crosses down the 26 EMA and 55 EMA from above
•Open sell position
